If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send merchandise that was purchased at one of our store locations for return. Our Distribution Centre cannot process any store returns and your package will be returned to you. If the item was purchased at the store, it must be returned at a store.

 

Please note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. If the product is not in its original condition we will charge a handing fee of 250 SEK, DKK, NOK or 30EUR. Some products are non-returnable: underwear, consumables such as perfume and CDs if the packaging is broken.

 

Please complete the returns form and send both the returns form and the parcel to the address stated on the returns form. IMPORTANT FOR SCANDINAVIAN CUSTOMERS: Use the returns label that was included at the bottom of your invoice. There is a 50.00 SEK, DKK, NOK charge to use this service. If it is an exchange or if the product is faulty the return is free of charge.

 

Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the item in the form of a merchandise credit.

 

Refund Time Frame

 

A refund will be given using the payment method at the point of purchase. If products were purchased with a credit or debit card, your card will be credited; and if you chose Pay on Invoice as Payment Method your designated account will be credited.

 

Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to 10-35 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. The refund time frame is largely depending on your card acquirer or your bank.
